आईएमई लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले आफ्नो संस्थागत सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व (CSR) अन्तर्गत माट्रिका आइ सेन्टरसँग सहकार्य गरी आर्थिक अभावका कारण वञ्चित १०० जना मोतीबिन्दुका बिरामीहरूको जनकपुरमा हुने निःशुल्क शल्यक्रियामा सहयोग गरेको छ ।
उतm कार्यक्रमकालागि कम्पनीले रु. ६ लाख आर्थिक सहयोग प्रदान गरेको छ, जसबाट धनुषा र महोत्तरी जिल्लाका ग्रामीण क्षेत्रका १०० जना मोतिबिन्दु पीडितहरू प्रत्यक्ष रूपमा लाभान्वित हुने अपेक्षा राखिएको छ ।
माट्रिका आइ केयर सेन्टरले विगतदेखि नै देशका विभिन्न जिल्लाहरूमा आँखा सम्बन्धी स्वास्थ्य सेवा, मोतिबिन्दु पहिचान तथा शल्यक्रिया कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्दै आएको छ । सेन्टरको अनुभव र विशेषज्ञतासँग आईएमई लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सको सामाजिक प्रतिबद्धता जोडिँदा समुदायमा सकारात्मक प्रभाव सिर्जना हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ ।

IME Life Insurance Provides Financial Support for Cataract Surgeries of 100 Underprivileged Citizens
IME Life Insurance Company Limited, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, has collaborated with Matrika Eye Center to support free cataract surgeries for 100 patients who have been deprived of treatment due to financial constraints.
For the implementation of this programme, the Company has provided financial assistance of NPR 600,000. Through this support, 100 cataract patients from the rural areas of Dhanusha and Mahottari districts are expected to directly benefit from the initiative.
Matrika Eye Care Center has been actively providing eye care services, cataract screening, and surgical programmes across various districts of Nepal. The combination of the Center’s experience and expertise with IME Life Insurance’s commitment to social responsibility is expected to create a positive impact within the community.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Khilendra Paudel, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of IME Life Insurance, stated that the Company has continuously contributed to the fields of health, education, and community development through its CSR initiatives. He expressed confidence that this collaboration would provide renewed hope to underprivileged citizens who are at risk of losing their vision due to financial hardship.
Similarly, Mr. Suraj Shrestha, President of Matrika Eye Care Center, expressed his gratitude towards IME Life Insurance for its support and stated that the programme would bring meaningful and positive change to the lives of hundreds of economically disadvantaged families in rural communities.
